PacketViper today announced the launch of its Asset Protection Platform, a purpose-built capability for operational technology (OT) and industrial control system (ICS) environments where traditional patching and endpoint security models are not viable.

The platform combines passive asset discovery, automatic device intelligence, per-asset Virtual Agents for inline enforcement, trusted communications modeling, and protocol-aware inspection — all operating directly on live network traffic without generating probe packets or modifying protected devices.
