Practitioner community // by invitation

Built by the people who run the deployments.

The PacketViper Technical Advisory Group connects the IT directors, security engineers, and network architects defending live critical-infrastructure environments. Part working session on our roadmap, part practitioner roundtable on the security challenges themselves.

What this group is for

product feedback community · not a sales channel

The short version

PacketViper defends the networks that keep the lights on and the water moving — pump stations, substations, plants, and the distributed sites in between. The people who know what that defense actually requires are the ones operating it every day. The Technical Advisory Group exists to put that operational reality at the center of our product roadmap.

Why it works

Sessions run in two registers. One is product: we ship fast, and member-requested features regularly go from a session discussion to a release in days, not quarters. The other is the challenges themselves — remote and distributed sites, legacy equipment, protocol-level threats, the problems every defender in the room recognizes. Practitioners comparing notes on what actually works is valuable on its own — and it’s what points our roadmap at the right problems. It’s a working session with our engineers, not a webinar.

What it is not

TAG is a product feedback community, and only that. It’s separate from PacketViper’s corporate Advisory Board, involves no business or financial matters, and carries no obligations beyond keeping product discussions confidential.

Membership is free. It’s individual to you rather than your organization, and by approval.
